The Westchester Hills Homeowners Association (WH HOA) exists for two primary purposes – to manage the entrance and common areas and to enforce the Covenants, Bylaws, and Restrictions as per the legal documents that created the HOA. These documents also call for a mandatory Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Every homeowner receives a copy of the documents when they purchase a home in Westchester Hills.
